How the Onboarding Process Works
1 - Initial Consultation
Book a free 15- minute phone consultation by completing the form on the contact page or directly emailing me.
2 - Personalized Treatment Plan
If we determine that it is a good fit to move forward, a treatment plan will be made in a collaborative approach within the first 4 sessions.
3 - Progress Review & Adjustments
As treatment progresses, you will complete brief anxiety and mood measurements and we will review progress. I always welcome feedback and am happy to adjust when something may not be working for you.
